We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, and transportation. the room was clean and well-appointed, and the parking on site was a welcome bonus. the staff were friendly and attentive, particularly Darren who provided excellent recommendations for wines and whisky. the breakfast provided a good selection, setting us up nicely for the day.

Everything was great, had a fantastic stay in public holidays. We appreciated the convenience of the superior room available with excellent toiletries, a curtain between the main bedroom and the 3rd bed. Our food was outstanding and appetising.

Luxurious hotel, easy base for celebrating birthday. What a marvellous location in four different resturants! And not far from alacarte restaurant and Canary Islands, Turkey and Egypt. Impressive and luxurious units with the 3rd bed, a huge bathroom plus excellent toiletries. Smooth check-in and late check-out, incredible staff.

Now I have to wait 45-120 days for the return of the application, which I sent to the bank and not the fact that the money will be returned. . Name Kholin Danylo . Please deal with this and return the money.
